Tasks and Responsibilities

     

      • Reports to the Head of IT and the Manager of Writing and Communications

      • Works in collaboration with the Manager, Writing and Communications, Chief Officer, Information Technology, and Administrative Office to review content for the organization’s website and social media handles

      • Updates Social Media handles and website as often as required

      • Feed social media and respond to public inquiries in a timely and responsible manner

      • Assist in providing training to volunteers on how to update social media and website

      • Shoot, edit, and publish videos and photos for website/social  media publication

      • Participates in capacity-building meetings, and training sessions organized by the organization

      • Presents report of activities to the organization

      • Assist in setup during training workshops and events

      • Perform other related duties as required.

      • Participates at various functions organized by the organization to foster its goals
