Tasks and Responsibilities
- Reports to the Head of IT and the Manager of Writing and Communications
- Works in collaboration with the Manager, Writing and Communications, Chief Officer, Information Technology, and Administrative Office to review content for the organization’s website and social media handles
- Updates Social Media handles and website as often as required
- Feed social media and respond to public inquiries in a timely and responsible manner
- Assist in providing training to volunteers on how to update social media and website
- Shoot, edit, and publish videos and photos for website/social media publication
- Participates in capacity-building meetings, and training sessions organized by the organization
- Presents report of activities to the organization
- Assist in setup during training workshops and events
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Participates at various functions organized by the organization to foster its goals
